Since my travels to the Emerald Isle, it’s been a holiday I’ve held dear – if only because it makes me feel a bit closer to the place. 

Bakes for Breakfast

I’ve been using breakfast and baked goods to motivate myself in the mornings, and it’s working like a charm.

Who needs Chipotle?

Tim and I aren’t big on eating out. We believe we can cook just as well as, or better, than most restaurants. Last week, in the mood for burritos, we got out the crockpot and had Chipotle for dinner. 

Don’t Blink!

Look, I did a magic trick! All those M&M’s in the candy dish? I’ve turned them into a super healthy snack! A snack that’s *almost* better than the M&M’s themselves. 

It’s Strawberry Season!

Tim brought me 4 pounds of strawberries, and knowing I couldn’t possibly eat them all, I jumped on Pinterest to inspire a set of strawberry bakes. 

Layered Decadence

The semi-final!? Already!? What a way to finish up the season — high demand bakes in terms of skill and appearance. I think I fit the bill for this one, and I’m SUPER proud of it.
