A Showstopping Final
Wow. What a year! I know that every year Paul always says, “These are the best bakers we’ve had in the tent,” but I think this year it was true for the final.

It’s pâtisserie week! This one is always a favourite, just behind bread week. I’m always impressed by what the bakers come up with, from flavors to textures to presentation, not to mention that French bakes are notoriously hard.
Biscuit Week – A Snap
Biscuit week! I’m not keen on biscuits and prefer American cookies. But for me, the bake along is the perfect opportunity to try new things, so biscuits it is!
Layered Decadence
The semi-final!? Already!? What a way to finish up the season — high demand bakes in terms of skill and appearance. I think I fit the bill for this one, and I’m SUPER proud of it.
