A Quick Look at Lisbon

I’m feeling kind of slammed at the moment, but I wanted to get a short note up about our time in Lisbon until I have time to write something detailed later on.

Pizza for Better or Worse

I’ll leave you with this pizza dough that has quickly become a favourite of ours. We made it a few weeks ago, on a rainy Sunday evening after an entire week of rain. It was a very bright spot in a very dark time (literally), and so here’s hoping it will cheer you up as much as the memory of it cheers me.
